Brand identity to reflect the positve impact of the community tourism network
Building a brand and a story to share the growing Scottish Community Tourism Network created as SCOTO.
Branding projects always make us smile, and this brand identity is no exception.
Working with people across Scotland who make a real difference in their communities is incredibly rewarding. We believe in creating brands that genuinely reflect the heart of a project, then bringing them to life through digital experiences, event materials, commissioned photography and storytelling.
For SCOTO, the Scottish Community Tourism Network, we helped build a story that could be shared far and wide. This led to a commissioned digital animation that showcases SCOTO’s vision and purpose, connecting communities and organisations across the country. What better way to inspire organisations to join an innovative, nationwide initiative.
"I have selected Designline Creative to work on several place-based digital projects of a similar scale and intent. Each of these have had multiple audiences so the structure and design have been critical. Ashley and Kim are very proactive and set high standards.
SCOTO.co.uk and BeLocal.scot are two recent websites they developed, one being network based with a strong community and industry based audience and the other visitor facing. West Coast Waters was a large scale collaboration bringing over 20 organisations across the west coast in 2029-2020 and Designline Creative were very focused on ensuring everyone felt represented and one their part of it."
