Caledonian Sleeper

Bringing a brand to life for staff is just as important as how it shows up for customers, and that’s exactly what we did for Caledonian Sleeper.

An office move to larger, brighter premises in Glasgow created the perfect moment to rethink how the workspace should look and feel. It was a chance to reflect the brand more clearly, while creating an environment which provided the team with a sense of place across all their destinations.

With a bold brand colour palette, a strong visual identity, and UK-wide destinations to draw inspiration from, we were excited to get started.

Our commission covered every stage of the creative process, from choosing paint colours for each working area, to brand placement throughout the space. We created distinct creative zones for breakout and wellbeing areas, while keeping desk spaces and meeting rooms focused and functional. To tie it all together, we brought the journey of the Sleeper to life through bespoke wall art and bold, statement messaging.

All production and installation were managed by us as part of the project.
